ok...it has been forever

Well, ok here I go.....

Well it is now May and I have not posted since December. Wow that is a long time. Well the biggest news I have is that Steve and I got married March 7th and it was amazing! The weather was absoultely beautiful and I could not have asked for a better day, it was such a blessing!

All and I mean all of my family made the trip from Pennsylvania to be here with us on our special day and it meant the world to me to have them all here. My sis was the photographer and she took the most AMAZING pictures. I am forever grateful to her for all that she has done. I will never be able to thank her enough.

Things here have been a little up and down here of late. Steve's work is up and down, he is working 5 days one week and 3 the next. Who knows what is gonna happen, but I suppose working in the auto industry we will just take it day by day. We just keep having faith that things will pick up here and he will be back to 5 days a week.

Ryan is doing sooooo good! He is doing excellent in school, he is actually taking gifted classes and he is only in kindergarden! We are so proud of him. He is getting so big too, he will be 7 in September and I cannot believe it. Time has flown so fast I wish it would just slow down a little. He is his own person, and he is very independent and very opinionated. I wonder where he gets that from *wink wink* I just wish sometimes that we could go back a little and have him be a little boy again, but unfortunately that is not gonna happen *haha*

Well I just wanted to give a little update I am not very good about updating so I am going to try to a little more often than every 6 months!

long time no update

Well where to start....first of all I FINALLY graduated school on December 18th. It was really nice. Mom and Dad came out and we had Christmas when they were here. Ryan got a Wii from them, he thought that was the best thing in the world.

I am getting married in like 8 weeks, and suprise I dont have a thing done. Dont even have a dress yet! I am gonna have to start looking next weekend. I haven't had time cause of school, but now that is over I can get back to "normal" if there is such a thing.

Steve and Ryan are both on break from work and school. they have been playing the Wii like crazy. I like it, it is fun. It was like 63 degrees today, this weather is so screwy it cant make up it's mind.

Well hopefully I can be here alittle more often now. More to come, stay tuned!

end of another weekend

Well it is the end of another weekend, and I got nothing accomplished. Haha. We are going to Andrea's today for Layla's birthday party, she is going to be 4 on the 26th. And Ryan's birthday is the 26th as well, he will be 6 years old. My how time flies. I have finals this week and then start my last quarter of school. Wow, 12 weeks I graduate from school, I am so proud of myself I actually have stuck with something for the long haul.

Work is good, loving my new job, except sitting most of the day bothers my back and my knees, but i get up and move some so it is not too bad. We are taking Ryan to a hockey game Friday night for his birthday and the funny thing is, he has NO clue that we are taking him. It will be such a big suprise for him, I can't wait to see the look on his face.

So that is my little update for the week, I will check in again soon i hope.

just a day at home

Well I got up this morning and took Ryan to school. He is getting so big, and he didnt even want me to walk him to the school...some of his friends came and he took off running. I had a hard time with that LOL. So now I am working on homework, only 3 months left and I am done, and I cannot wait. I can get back to some type of normal. I miss being home at night and having dinner with the boys. But that will happen soon enough.

Not much else going on really. I am been doing some thinking though, I have come to realize FINALLY that I only have one life to live, and with that I am going to start living like this is the only life I have got. I am not going to get myself all worked up over "the little things" anymore. I am so sick of being stressed and out of control feeling. I am just gonna chill so to speak and take it one day at a time. And let things happen in their own sweet time. Like getting married, it took almost 10 years for that to happen and now in just 6 months Steve and I are finally going to get married....exciting yes scary yes also but for my own silly reasons I think.

Anyways I am going to go and finish some more homework I have to pick Ryan up at 1:45 so we can take the dog to the vet so I can find out why he is chewing his leg off. Allergies I think, but we will see...Peace!

something new

Well today is the first post here. I am hoping that I can do this alittle every day, but with school, work and home we will see what happens.
